At the 9:00min mark, tile placement phase,
black places 2 orange tiles on a 4 tile slot, using 2 blue tiles even though blue is not the Wild of the round.
Does the required number of tiles on the tile slot allow just that particular colour & wild colour? Or,
Can U use any other tile colour as well in order to make the required tile quantity for that slot placement?

At 3:10 … the player who takes the first player tile DURING THAT ROUND (whomever currently has the first player tile) goes first in the phase 2 tile placement, not the player who went first in phase 1.
