Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. I’m always in the kitchen – at work, at home. This weekend I’m going to wine country! And I’m bringing a little basket. My sister’s going with me and we’re going to enjoy ourselves with a little glass of vino. We’re bringing a cheese basket with some spreads. We have the Cajun crab on special this month, along with some Jonah crab claws. Easy to bring with you. Don’t forget to pack your ice. Crack them open and enjoy. The cheese is always nice to serve with this fig spread. This is a fig and orange spread – it’s delicious. Also with a little bit of balsamic glaze on top, just gives it a little bit of something. And the crab cakes I’m going to pack along in the basket, and we’re going to serve it with a little bit of bistro sauce and nosh on those and we’re going to enjoy ourselves. We’re going to go all over and do the whole tour. Enjoy!
