hi guys welcome to wheelchair travels with Vineet. But I’m not Vineet, I’m Ryan.
Vineet is my brother here he comes namaste welcome back to our channel wheelchair
travels with Vineet . I’m Vineet and I’m his mom this trip is about Goa
which we visited in 2010 December this trip started with Goa and ended in
Mumbai we spent five days in Goa it was the first time vineet visited a
beach and there was so many of them in Goa we had a few good surprises as well
as some bad ones it has been nine years since we visited goa and we are
optimistic that Goa tourism must have made changes for wheelchair accessibility in
their beaches in our description box we have a link to an enable travel a travel
company which has been helping people with accessibility issues to have a very
good quality in India as well as abroad please let us know in the comment
section if there has been any changes in Goa tourism with regard to
accessibility so please go on watch the video and see what it was all about please
subscribe to our channel and share and like our videos and spread
the good word Kolkata to Mumbai by flight takes about two hours 25 minutes
Mumbai also called the financial capital of India is the capital of the state of
Maharashtra and this time we have Vinisha with
us. she is a bit nervous as it is her first trip by flight once again we are on our favorite
Airlines indigo indigo airlines have amazing boarding ramps
and their attendants are well trained from Mumbai Airport we move towards the
CST railway station from Mumbai CST railway station it was a 13 hour so ride
by train to Madgaon now called Margao station in Goa No
due to the festive season but finally all of us are settled in our
seats we reached Madgaon railway station in the
morning and what awaited us was not less than a shock we were informed by
the porter that we would have to take Vineet’s wheelchair via the luggage
route which was through the railway tracks we were very disappointed
thankfully as of today there are ramps in all the stations of Goa next we moved on towards north Goa
Miramar where our guesthouse was that evening we decided to take a walk to the
beach which was nearby to know more at our blog link is given in the
description box below Vinsy has just gone to Miramar beach Iand seen the seashore. so how was it Vinsy? it was a scary ! we forgot that sunglasses
next we moved or towards Fort Aguada we had to leave Vineet’s wheelchair at
the bottom of a flight of stairs and papa had to scoop Vineet in his arms and show around it was very tiresome as of
today there are ramps on foot Aguada according to Google but I’m not so sure
from there we went on to Calangute Beach again there was a long distance to the
beach what we eat has a super – or to Anjuna Beach guess who next day we had a
visitor dryer the line we spent that entire day playing what
prior for those watching our video for the first time
Ryan is our channel introducer and Vineet’s youngest brother in this video he is
with his dada in the evening we went for a river cruise
although Vineet was allowed to enter first there was no
lift to the first floor where the show was going to be but there’s the same thing
happened in Germany in 2007 On day 4 we went to visit the Panaji
church there were so many stairs only when we reached the top with a very
tired dad did we realize there was an alternative roadway leading up to it
next we moved on towards south Goa at mangueshi temple there was a big
flight of the stairs leading up to it The last beach on our last day in Goa was the baga beach And it was the nearest from the entrance
